Ask Your Family Doctor
The easiest way to get started is to ask your family doctor for a referral to the Windsor Vein Centre. They can send it directly to our office.

No Family Doctor? Use a Virtual Doctor
Don’t have a family doctor? No problem. You can get a physician referral online in minutes through one of these OHIP-covered Ontario virtual clinics — then send the completed referral form directly to us.
03.
We'll Take It From There
Once we receive your referral, our team will contact you to book your consultation — and in most cases your ultrasound will be done at that same first visit.
