Dr. I. was quick and I felt relieved that it was healing nicely. He gave me an in home treatment regime which I'm happy because I can't go anywhere without a wheel chair. Thank you so much. I have not been to the clinic yet, however I called today and spoke with Rachal she was extremely informative, and I could feel she genuinely was concerned for me. I have a vein that ruptured and if anyone has experienced this it is very traumatic. I asked her so many questions , she was so comforting and helpful. I hung up with her and contacted my GP to be referred. When I spoke with my doctors receptionist she told me her daughter wants to have the laser done on her varicose veins, she asked for the number and will be advising her daughter based on my experience with Rachal. Thank you for your time to Rachal Warm regards Lori Boudreau- London Evelyn SmithTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. All the staff and both Dr.Iannicello and Dr.Speirs are very professional and efficient. I had treatment for a varicose vein in November. Everyone was great about explaining the procedure and answered my questions and concerns with patience and expertise. I still have to return for a follow-up visit. I highly recommend the Windsor Vein Centre. Thanks. Anas QastinTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My parents and I travel from London to visit this clinic, and it's always a nice drive in. The staff are friendly, and the service is impeccable. Both my mother and I have had issues with varicose veins, and over this past year we've seen drastic improvements. My mother is a worrier and also has diabetes and Chron's, so she was extremely hesitant at first. Now that her initial fears have subsided, she's grateful to have gone through with the procedure. She also commented on how gentle the staff were while having her veins treated. I personally have high pain tolerance so I am luckily able to handle the discomfort. It's definitely something to think about and discuss with the staff beforehand if you think the procedure might not be as tolerable for you. My mother and I still have areas that need retreating, and that's why we continue coming in for our follow up appointments. For me, the only unenjoyable part (which is kind of funny) is having to wear leggings post-treatment just because I always find them so difficult to put on. It's been a great experience all around, however. Thank you for doing what you do.
